COXAMINE KINDER is bioactive multimineral plant-based complex, which is characterized by a high content of calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, and zinc and other trace elements and minerals.

Especially for children the product was developed in soluble form. Produced by Lithothamnion Calcareum - calcified red algae. These algae live around clean shores of southwestern Ireland and western Iceland. The life cycle of algae is four to five years and in this short period, they manage to acquire a large amount of micro- and macronutrients from ocean waters. Very interesting is the fact that the ratio between these elements is exactly what it is in human blood plasma.

COXAMIN KINDER has a unique porous structure that looks like a honeycomb. After primary hydration, it changes into smooth one. This structure by no means resembles the chalk grain structure, which we usually associate with the notion of calcium product.

Between 2003 and 2008 were carried out dozens of clinical studies on Lithothamnion Calcareum in partnership with international universities and institutes, such as Rowett Research Services, U.K.; Ashtown Food Research Centre, Ireland; University of Manitoba, Canada; Minnesota Applied Research Center, USA; Nizo Food Research, The Netherlands.

These studies show that Lithothamnion Calcareum is the best digestible calcium product. Calcium obtained from COXAMIN KINDER, is 20% more efficiently absorbed than the calcium in dairy products and with a little more than 40% than tricalcium phosphate.

The content of COXAMIN KINDER is shared between three polymorphs - calcite, aragonite (orthorhombic structure), vaterite (hexagonal structure). COXAMIN KINDER is a multimineral complex - contains about 15% elemental calcium, but is also rich in other essential minerals.

It contains magnesium (1.5%), boron, copper, manganese, selenium, zinc and other trace elements and minerals (total of 74, which are described in details in the attached Full composition of trace elements and minerals in COXAMIN KINDER). Magnesium minimum contributes to better absorption of calcium from the body and boron and zinc play an important role in the vitality of calcium source.
